ISHS 2024

Dr. Orest Semotiuk participated in the 34 Conference of the International Society for Humor Studies hosted online by Texas A&M University-Commerce from April 19-21, 2024. There were nearly 200 in attendance, 17 poster presentations, 82 papers and panel presentations, and four plenaries.

He presented a paper Ideology vs. Quasi-Ideology: “Rashism” and “Ukrofascism” in world, Ukrainian and Russian political cartoons and memes.
