Dr. Semotiuk in London

2-3 May Orest Semotiuk participated in the international conference „Languages and cultures in times of war: (im)possible, (re)imagined, (un)manageable”.

With the colleagues from Institute of Slavic Studies (Warsaw) he took part in the panel “Imagefare, mocking enemies and identity struggle”.

His presentation entitled “How Political Satire became a Weapon in Russo-Ukrainian war” was received with interest and provoked a lively discussion.
